Commented Issue: FrameAdapter force garbage collection in OnNavigated [247]

At the end of OnNavigated, a call is made to GC.Collect(). I understand that bad things will happen in WP7 if we don't do this. Still wondering why, but that's a different question.

My point is, is this still necessary in WinRT?
